What material do you use?
Sandwich panels - An all-in-one walling solution for energy efficiency. Our wall panels feature dual pre-painted, roll-formed steel skins seamlessly bonded to a polystyrene fire retardant insulation core. With skins coated in an anti-bacterial paint tailored for food areas and clean rooms, our panels offer exceptional insulating and sound dampening capabilities. The interiors can be lined in painted VJ panels if requested.
What are the panels sizes & colours?
Walls are 50mm for straight panel or 75mm for corrugated panel and Roof 75mm
A range of Colorbond colours to choose from depending on availability.
What is the best base for the cabin?
It will depend on your preference, the cabins can be built with or without wheels. If relocatable is preferred it will depend on your soil, usually stumps are the best option. However, the cabins can also be placed on a concrete slab or over concrete blocks.
What connections I need?
You will need a power point female socket 15A for energy, water hose for water and if you need sewage you need to have a plumber to make the connection to main or in home sewage.
Does the cabin comes with hot water?
The house is prepared for a hot water system, but it must be connected from outside and system is not provided.
Can you give me a fixed price quote?
Yes.
How long will it take to manufacture?
In most cases your portable building will take from 4-6 weeks to complete after all the material have arrived. If we encounter delays, we will communicate these to you immediately, so you are always in the loop about our progress at all stages of the building process.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, we do require a 30% deposit upon confirmation of your quote, with the remainder due before delivery.

Yes, feel free to get in touch with us, as we're open to customising and building a cabin that perfectly aligns with your unique requirements.
How do you deliver the cabins?
The cabins are either delivered on a Tilt truck or towed if over wheels (free delivery for Sunshine Coast & Gympie) quotes available for other locations and more complex assemblies can be craned in.
